Go rafting or hiking (and skiing in winter) in the mountainous surrounding area or enjoy the tranquillity on the campsite. Camping Verneda is located in Val d’Aran, the northernmost region of Catalonia, in the heart of the Pyrenees. The beautiful area is excellent for challenging hikes and less difficult walks. Especially the National Park Aigüestortes, an hour's drive from the campsite, is a well-known hiking area.
